Conformable to § 7 Abs.1 TMG I'm responsible as service-provider for own content on this site. According to §§ 8 bis 10 TMG I'm not obligated as a service-provider to surveil information transmitted or saved by others, or to search for circumstantial information which hints a violation of law by others. Obligations to remove or block the use of information, if required by common law, remain unaffected by this. A respective liability can only come into effect at the point in time when I receive knowledge about a concrete legal violation.
